A from-scratch rebuild of a 67-second AI-agent platform launch film. The soft flowing silk gradients (full-frame, in tiles and in the orb) come from one shared WebGL2 shader whose palette and fold parameters were reverse-engineered from the reference; all UI is drawn in React. 34 scenes were tuned one by one with Codex against an image-diff score (SSIM + PSNR + density vs the reference key frame): mean 0.809 → 0.883. Fictional brand “ostra”; no original footage, photos, audio or trademarks; people are abstract stand-ins.
